RESIVIS designs and plans home renovations: your home as it is, the ideas you try on it, and everything a builder needs, checked as you go.
Getting started
- Make a project for your home (Projects → New).
- Put your home in: scan the rooms with an iPhone that has LiDAR, take a photo of a floor plan or upload a screenshot or PDF (the plan is read into rooms, walls, doors and windows), or start from the example home to try things out.
- Check what was read: RESIVIS asks about what it couldn't be sure of (a size, which way a door opens, how many floors). Your answers become facts; until then they're marked as guesses.
- Try ideas on a design (below), see them in 3D, and ask for changes in words.
Designs and the editor
The base design is your home as it is. A design is a copy to try an idea on: knock a wall through, move the kitchen, add an en suite. Every change is kept in the design's history, so you can go back to any point.
In the editor, tap a room, a wall, a door or a piece of furniture to select it, then drag it, change it from the sheet, or ask the designer in words ("move the bed under the window"). The checks say what breaks a rule (clearances, door swings, building regulations, a route through the house) and how to fix it.
People
Invite people to a project with a link or a code, saying who they are (partner, builder, architect, engineer, …): each role comes with what they can do (look, comment, or change designs), and you can change it. It's free for them. Comments sit on the plan where they're about. A view link shows the chosen design's plans to anyone who has it, while you leave it on.

The app says when something needs a plan, and which.
Your data
Scans, plans and photos are kept with your project and seen only by the people you invite. When a plan is read or you ask for a change in words, the picture or your words go to the drawing model for that one job. Download everything, or delete your account and all of it, from Account in the app. The privacy policy has the detail; the terms of use are what you agree to.
